Developers, Denwol Group, required a marketing campaign that would separate their project from the other developments that were being marketed in the immediate area as part of the McGill Street Precinct initiative from Marrickville Council. In collaboration with Cramer Property, we created a brand marketing collateral and exhibition design that emphasised the location's immediate proximity to the Light Rail which connects to Sydney CBD. This position is literally across the tracks from trendy Summer Hill. Three separate personalities - Lewis, Summer and Syd - are given to the central suburbs with a vibrant pop-art style inspired by Andy Warhol provided a significant point of difference to the competitors' campaigns.
