Building on the fast growing success of their wholesale food supply, Hungry Sherpa seized the opportunity at the new Ed Square development to launch their first dining space. We sought to not only celebrate the rich beauty of the Nepalese culture but also honour the centuries of sacrifice the nation was built upon, namely the renowned mountaineering Sherpas. In addition to the store, we also created the branding and signage design. The project was also Shortlisted for the IDEA Awards 2023 in Hospitality.
