The Hellenic, a popular souvlaki bar at Brighton, recently expanded into the exciting new rooftop dining precinct at Westfield, South Sydney. We were engaged to design the new store which incorporates a subtle Greek island scheme utilising traditional tiles and natural stone. Working with the team we were able to create an intimate and memorable dining experience in a great new location.
