The Ann&Dale Apartments, Annandale

Developers, Ramsay Property, required a marketing campaign that would give a unique point of difference to this project, which involved a complete rejuvenation to the existing 1970’s building. In collaboration with Cramer Property, we created a brand, marketing collateral and display design that celebrated the building’s retro history, the trendy lifestyle of the Inner West and the amazing Rozelle Bay location. We were also engaged to create a wayfinding signage system throughout the building. Vibrant colours and shapes help bring life and energy to the spaces.
