A second chapter to the much loved Dirty Red, Glebe, the inspiration for Rozelle was a combination of a modern yet classic Southern Euroopean menu and the charismatic vision of champion barista and operator Dylan Peters and hospop guru Tyson Rowsell, and the heritage aspect of the building itself.
Warm tones of maroon, porcelain cream, copper, walnut stained timber, tan leather and locally hand-made ceramic lighting set the mood for the entry and inside dining, while fresh white and pastel tones in the rear courtyard capture the dappled sunlight, allowing the plants and and oak tree to sing.
